You can walk hand-in-hand and absorb all of natures beauty as you talk in this natural romantic setting.

Arboretum - This is a beautiful garden setting along Lake Washington just south of the University of Washington. You can freely stroll the garden area, it's large so even if there are other people you don't feel imposed on. If you want to add a little adventure to your Seattle Romantic Getaway, rent or bring your canoe or kayak. You can explore the many inlets along the banks of Lake Washington.

Gas Works Park - Is located along the northern portion of Lake Union offering superb views of Seattle. The Ballard Locks - This is spectacular! You can relax in the grass over-looking the canal that brings the fresh water and salt water together. The canal is has a water elevator knows as the locks. Boats literally go up and down in this elevator to enter the fresh or salt water. This is a sight you have to see. You can sit for hours watching many of the boats pass by. In the summer months, typically on Sundays, you can relax and listen to some live local music.

Discovery Park - This is the largest city park in the U.S. offering splendid views overlooking Puget Sound. The park is located west of the locks in the Magnolia area. Once in the park find your way over to the most western portion. Here you can walk along the bluffs and enjoy the fabulous views. Wow! It's the perfect romantic setting.

Seattle Ferries - The ferries offer a magnificent place to participate in a romantic setting. It doesn't matter what ferry you get on. Park you vehicle and walk on. We like to buy some fish-and-chips along the Seattle water front, take the food aboard and absorb the beautiful romantic setting.

Romantic Dinner Flight - This is a real romantic treat. You can hop aboard a float plane and fly to a remote dinner destination. While in the air you'll get a different perspective of your Seattle Romantic Getaway, it's like looking down on a well-kept secret. You can't go wrong with this Romantic Scenic Dinner Flight.
