Miami Beach Hotel...Rising Prices
Heading to Miami this spring to stay at a Miami Beach hotel? Get
ready for sticker shock prices at Hotels. Do to the demand, hotels prices
have escalated some 27% over the past two years, 2004-2005.
You'll find nightly rates going at $375. The hotels along Miami Beach are now the
4th most expensive in the country. It's now in line with New York,
Washington D.C. and Oahu, Hawaii.
The major reason prices increase is the supply, with the vast amount of
condos along the beachfront, hotels are challenged to accommodate all of the
requests; however, it's good for the hotel business that resides on the
beachfront.
If you're looking to spend that Romantic Time on at a Beachfront Hotel in Miami just
be ready to pay the piper. You may want to consider another location or
during the off-season.
